AKC Note: At the time of the announced sale by Performance Fibers of their Chinese operation to Indorama it was reported that Indorama retained the rights to the name Performance Fibers. It was announced yesterday that the purchase deal had been concluded http://www.indoramaventures.com/upload/set_announ/file_02042015093019.pdf so this name change announcement is assumed to be a follow on action. It will be noted from the announcement that Performance Fibers (now DuraFiber Technologies) has a new CEO, the former CEO – Wahid Tawfik – left in March 2015 to be replaced by Frank Papa.
