The Dalton, GA newspaper is reporting that Foss Manufacturing is purchasing a nonwovens operation owned by Beaulieu of America in Murray County GA:  Read the press release here.

AKC Note:  New Hampshire based Foss expanded their Georgia operations in 2012 with a nonwovens plant in Rome, GA in addition to an existing facility they operated in Calhoun, GA. This latest acquisition will provide additional needle punch capacity. Beaulieu announced earlier this year that it would be restructuring its operations to increase its competitiveness.
